We're excited to be in service to you, meeting your skincare and hair removal needs. 

Please take a moment to review the following guidelines upon scheduling an appointment.

First Time Guests: 

​

A valid credit card is to be on file upon booking. Please select the option to save your card. Cards that are not saved and/or later unlinked will result in your appointment being immediately canceled. You may need to create an account to add your card on file but it MUST be added. NOTE: If you're unsure on how to add a card on file, an invoice for 50% deposit will be sent to the email on file.

Once your appointment has been received your card on file will be charged a 50% booking fee. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a last minute cancelation or no-show and can be transferred if appointment changes are made 24-hours before the start of your appointment.,

If the card on file is declined for any reason, the appointment will be immediately canceled. 

​

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and booking fee lost. It will not be applied to another appointment or toward products.

Please do not bring any outside food /drink, additional guests or children to your appointment. 

Returning Guests: 

​

A valid credit card is to be on file upon booking. Please select the option to save your card. Cards that are not saved and/or later unlinked will result in your appointment being immediately canceled.

Your card will not be charged any booking fees, but in the event of a late cancelation or no show, your card on file will be charge either 50% or 100% according to spa policy. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to avoid charges. 

​

If the card on file is declined for any reason, the appointment will be immediately canceled and rescheduling will not be allowed until the payment has been met in full.

 

Messages via text/dm regarding appointments will no longer be read, responded or accepted. Please visit the website for all future appointment bookings.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged according to spa policy. If there is no communication prior it will be marked and charged as a no-show.
